1/32nd = $75.00

I returned a leased car today, and the inspection was comical. The inspector was down on his hands and knees measuring the depth of tread on the tires.

LF = 4/32"
LR = 5/32"
RR = 5/32"
RF = 3/32"
SP = 5/32"

It's not the money, it's the principle. These people want me to buy a new tire because RF was 3/32" instead of 4/32".

Give me a break!!! The damn tires only had 24.5K on 'em.
