A Good Cigar ?
I've been actively boycotting the French since those Cheesy Weasels chose to side with Iraq. After all, the French are responsible for the deaths of Americans.
I was a member of the Rare Breed Society, and it was agonizing to learn that a French Conglomerate owns my favorite Kentucky Bourbon. No more Wild Turkey. Damn!
Anyway, I fell off the wagon. I wish I had an excuse, but I don’t. While on the French (not the Dutch) side of St. Maarten, I acquired some COHIBA - La Habana -Cuban cigars.
Now, I don't appreciate a good cigar like my friend Jim over at Smoke on the Water, but I know a good smoke when I taste one. These are good, and fresh.
I guess the problem is I bought 'em on French soil.
I screwed up, but to hell with France…

Ok, Ok, we all know about your aversion to the French, and believe me, it's ALMOST as high as mine, BUT...those of us that are still able to enjoy a fine cigar FULLY understand. It's truly unfortunate that you were on French soil when you purchased those fine Cubanos, but sometimes ya gotta do what ya gotta do. I know you wish you'd have been in Spain (or anywhere else for that matter) but sometimes you have to say WTF...
Enjoy the Cohibas, my friend, and remember, France is a socialist, commie, murdering dictator supporting shithole, but a cigar is a smoke...
Sam, you have my full and complete respect for smoking that Cohiba on French soil.
After all, cigar smoke is a vast improvement over stench du frog.
But next time, try the Montecristo #2. It'll ruin you for anything else, methinks.
