Unfortunately, I don't know who it was... someone who didn't know how to reverse maybe? Maybe a tourist! I've had to get out of tighter spaces and I think nothing of it... and I don't think I parked any closer than I would normally. Probably someone who parked too close to me then blamed me anyway!
