A Question ?
Can you have a friend you've never met?
I never thought about it until I started this Blog.
What do you think?

What the hell do you think I think?
Friend. You. And I don't take the term lightly. ; )
I think you think like I think. That's what!
You. Friend. And I don't take the term lightly either.
I'm glad we got that outta the way.
Moving forward...
It's amazing what I will write in a blog comment for strangers to read. It's also amazing what I will write in an e-mail to those that don't have comments, or to those I've start an e-mail correspondence with. I've also talked over the telephone to a couple of bloggers, that's another strange situation. But, it's something that I look forward to. I also look forward to meeting many of the people I correspond in one way or another at some time in the future. There's a few that I comment on their blogs or correspond with by e-mail that I consider friends, already. If they sent an e-mail or called needing my help, I'd drop everything and help in anyway that I could, just like I would do for my family.
For those I've met over the Internet, I really would stop what I'm doing and help, anything, anyway.
Without ever meeting, without ever seeing their eyes when I write or talk with them, I trust them to be telling me the truth, just like I do so.
Definitely! I also think you get a much clearer picture of who the people you meet online really are because it is a purely intellectual activity, not shaded by social expectations and behaviors.
*cheers!*
To my friends, I raise this toast: "Long life, great love and more hits, readers and brilliant comments!"
Y'all ARE good friends, and are much appreciated, one and all.
